Refund & Replacement Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Eligible for Replacement

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or unusable.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your package is confirmed lost during transit.

To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Please Note: We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, any approved refund will be processed according to the current status of your order.

Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
